You don't pay when you send a request. Once we confirm your date by text, we send a secure Stripe link where you can pay by card or Apple Pay. Your card stays on file only to cover any lost or damaged items.
Accidents happen. Lost or damaged items are $25 per tote, $10 per lid, and $15 per dolly, charged to the card on file. Normal scuffs are fine.
Weekdays we usually drop off and pick up between 5:30-8 PM, while weekends offer more flexibility: morning, afternoon, or evening. Pick what works best and we'll confirm the exact time by text.
